Psychological suffering in life is inevitable. But we often find ourselves in the stormiest of these seas when we have been living in a way that is out of sync with our core values… who we are deep down. I became a therapist to help people recognize the patterns that surround them, and to get unstuck from the various binds and dilemmas we find ourselves in.

My name is Elliott, a Registered Psychotherapist in Toronto, Ontario. I practice from the Humanistic perspective, which emphasizes that (believe it or not) clients know what is best for themselves – not the therapist. With curiosity, an open-mind, and a non-judgmental stance, my hope is to help you reconnect with the most authentic parts of yourself.
